wypov.com site down Fatal error: Out of memory

The wypov.com site has been down for past 12 hours due to a server memory problem I was getting the following error message :
"Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 10747904) (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in /home/mytynesi/public_html/wypov/wp-content/plugins/wp-shopping-cart/languages/EN_en.php on line 437"
