Place an ad strip at the top of your blog

Have you seen some blogs with an ad stripe (like below) and wanted it for your self for free, well now you can.
You can get it from here : http://www.maxblogpress.com/plugins/msa/ all details on how to install and manage the plug-in are included.
Might use it my self in the future but I have not decided if to.
