PayPerPost Review

PayPerPost a great way to get paid to blog

     PPP Direct

There are a few reasons for picking this sponsor, one of them is that when I first started to blog and was looking around I noticed that this was a popular choice on a lot of blogs. Naturally I went and checked this site out. After a very simple sign up, I submitted my blog to them and added the codes to the sidebar.

When you have signed up you are presented with the following options:

Blogger Dashboard

This is a page overview of various things like your own stats. How many post you have submitted etc, your earnings, featured opportunities, blogs, top earners etc. It is very good as a starting point for when you first log in.

Open Opportunities

When you click on this tab you are presented with a full list of all opportunities the various colours represent the following:

White background = Opportunity is Available to You

Light green background = Featured Opportunity is Available to You.

Grey background = Opportunity is Available to You, but All Posts Fully Reserved.

Pink background = Opportunity is Not Available to You.

They are listed in the order mentioned above and also include how much each one is worth. Clicking on the link contained in the opportunity details the description and what is required.

Under my account setting are three additional tabs:

1) ppp tools : under this section you are given five ways to add payperpost to your blog. For each one you are given the code to add to your blog so referrals can be linked to you. I have the referral button and a hire me button that you can see in the sidebar under the sponsors section.

2) my blogs : Here you can register your blog. The next step in this section is to have your blog approved, the only downside with this part is that it takes 3 months after your first blog post to get approved. You can see view and action some opportunities until this happens but they are very limited.

3) my posts : The last section is for your posts that you add to your blog. To get reviewed by payperpost you have to write a review like this post and insert an invisible link like this "<img src="http://tinyurl.com/26gh4k" />" into your post.

I like the idea of payperpost but it did take a long time to get blog approval after I was first rejected. I had to email the site and ask to be reconsidered. I can understand the thinking behind this as they would like to place their advertisers on established site and not just some fly by nights, plus the payouts for some of the opportunities is also very high.

Some of the requirements so you are able to have the opportunity is not easy to achieve. Some of the criteria is based on Google page ranking, number of site visitors; there are also some exclusions to certain websites and locations.

Overall I like this site and I am not just saying that because I am writing this post but because they do have a lot more opportunities than other similar PPP sites.
